Hello! I’m a “born and raised” resident of beautiful western Washington state.
I consider myself a low-maintenance, pet lov’n christian dork who enjoys the simple joys of life.
I decided one day to get out of the 9-5 career and start an online business. I wasn’t enjoying my life and didn’t want to work 40 hours/week until I’m 67. So I made a change. I took the leap and haven’t looked back.
I am a pet mama to my two beautiful Ragdoll cats, Joey Tribbiani and Chandler Bing.
I have a variety of hobbies that keep me entertained and inspired.
I love recreational sports, crochet, and reading. I enjoy board & card games, family barbecues, and spending time with my cats.
Between a fun night out or a relaxing night at home, I would choose the latter every time. I’m a homebody through and through.
Between dressing for fashion or comfort, I would again choose the latter every time.
On the flip side, I am terrified of kayaking, nauseated by jello, and loathe washing dishes!
I earned my degree in Emergency Management and began my professional career in Minnesota. It was during this time that I started struggling with major depression.
Despite achieving my “dream” of working in the public sector , my mental health continued to decline, eventually leading me come back to Washington (WA) state to start over.
After almost 5 years working for state government in WA, I realized that my career path was no longer fulfilling, so I made a courageous decision to shift gears.
This change led me to re-dedicate my life to God, strengthening my faith and finding a new purpose.
